With over 20 years of professional experience in the United States and Ireland, Ciaran brings a refined design sensibility and a deep understanding of how architecture responds to program, context, and community.

Throughout his career, he has successfully led a diverse range of projects—from boutique residential homes to large-scale, mixed-use high-rise developments. Ciaran specializes in guiding projects from early concept through construction, skillfully balancing creative vision with technical rigor, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.

With a comprehensive command of zoning, building codes, and entitlement processes, Ciaran consistently maximizes project potential while maintaining design integrity and efficiency. His work emphasizes clear spatial organization, durable materials, and context-responsive solutions that enhance both the built environment and the life of the user.

As Principal and lead designer, Ciaran provides design mentorship while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to deliver cohesive, high-quality outcomes.
