This 11 story condo building in the heart of downtown Jersey City houses 14 residential units that range is size from 1 bedrooms at 800 sqft to 3 bedrooms at 2,100 sqft. There is a 880 sqft commercial space at street level with a private rear yard. The facade design is a simple neo-classical composition which uses a two story grid spacing to minimize the perceived height of the building. The facade materials are a beige cast stone and bronze metal which pay homage to the Jersey City Post Office building directly adjacent to the west.
