This 12 story mixed use project in the Journal Square redevelopment zone of Jersey City will contain 140 residential units made up of fifty two Studios, sixty three 1 Bedroom units, twenty two 2 Bedroom units and three 3 bedroom units. There will also be 4,800 sqft of retail space, parking for 14 cars, a grand entry lobby and residents amenity spaces in the base.
