Situated on on irregular sloping site in the Journal Square 2060 Redevelopment Area, this project consists of two 25 story residential towers that share a multi-level podium with an indoor parking garage, street fronting retail space and a residential amenity floor. There 709 residential units, over 25,000sf of indoor amenity space and multiple private and common landscaped roof terraces. The simple yet distinctive facade design employs a 'dissolving' grid pattern in chromatic aluminum panels, that washes across the towers.
