3085 Kennedy Boulevard will act as the northern gateway to the Journals Square Redevelopment Area. It is a significant project at 12-Stories & 373 Residential Units that covers over 29,323 square feet of site area.

The structure also features 1356 sf of Kennedy Boulevard fronting retail space and 72 parking spaces.

The building exterior is primary grid clad in a light grey composite aluminum material arranged in a simple formal grid. The secondary cladding material is a 'natural rust' colored Trespa panels that randomly staggers to add a touch of playfulness and warmth to the ordered facade. The building corners have been peeled back to open up the corner units and roof terraces to the views.
