This is a flagship redevelopment project in the Route 440 Culver redevelopment area of Jersey City.

Currently the property is occupied by a waste recycling facility. Fronting onto Carbon Place which runs East-West between West Side Ave. and Mortarano Way, this projects sits approximately mid block and faces the site of the future New Jersey Performing Arts center. Although currently one large parcel the design proposes two 12 story buildings separated by a new pedestrian plaza which will become a public street connection to Fisk Street at a future date. 

Combined, the building contain 450 residential units ranging from studios to 3 bedrooms and off street parking for 250 cars. Retail and amenity spaces fronting onto Carbon Place and the plaza will promote street life and enliven the local area.
