This is a gateway project at the northern edge of the Journal Square Redevelopment Area. Located at Summit Avenue & Route 139, the project lies just to the north of the historic 5 corners intersection of Jersey City and is the culmination of years of considerate planning with the Jersey City Planning Staff & Multiple Neighborhood Groups.

It has 209 residential units, 16,000 sf of office area and 1,372 sf of retail space. The 14,000sf site is highly irregular in shape and has 152 linear feet of frontage on Summit Avenue with 203 linear feet of sideyard
