'The Hoboken Brewery'

A proposed new 5 story building in the infill development district in Hoboken's North End. The redevelopment Plan in this area envisioned a mix of uses that support the overall goals of the North End and provide an authentic experience with creative industries and artisans while in keeping with the character of the existing development.

This building will contain a 12,375 sf brewery with bar and restaurant on the 1st and 2nd floor and 14,615 sf of incubator commercial space on the upper 3 floors. The exterior design features alternating rounded arches in red brick that pay homage to the areas industrial past while still providing an iconic and unique face for the building.
